Energy projects are split across EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, civil builders, utilities and regulators. Each manages its own scope; nobody manages the gaps between them. Turnkey delivery puts one lead in charge of the whole.
Belgineer acts as project management consultancy for owners and investors, or as senior project direction for EPC contractors. The approach draws on 35 years at Siemens, EMTA and Belgineer — including taken-over projects where final cost projections were cut by more than 50% and delivery was pulled forward by two years.

What is project management consultancy (PMC)?
PMC places an experienced project director on the owner’s side to manage design, procurement, construction and commissioning across all contractors — protecting schedule, budget and quality.
Is Belgineer an EPC contractor?
No. Belgineer is an independent consultancy. It can lead turnkey delivery on the owner’s behalf, or provide senior project direction inside an EPC organisation.
Can you recover a project that is already late?
Yes. Recovery starts with an honest re-baseline, then renegotiation where contracts no longer reflect reality, and a focused plan to the next milestone. At EMTA this approach cut final cost projections by more than 50% and accelerated delivery by two years.
