Belgineer is an İstanbul-based energy infrastructure project management and consultancy firm, founded in 2021 by Bahtiyar Levent Belgin.
It exists to give owners, investors and EPC contractors a single, senior, accountable lead for complex energy projects — someone who has commissioned the equipment, run the site, managed the contract and answered for the margin.
