Wind farms with 154 kV switchyards
Wind farms, solar plants and hydroelectric schemes differ in technology, but fail in the same places: late grid connections, unmanaged interfaces between suppliers and contractors, and acceptance tests that uncover problems months too late.
Belgineer’s renewable practice is built on fourteen hydroelectric plants, two wind farms and utility-scale solar taken through construction, commissioning and Final Acceptance. The same approach — early design review, locked interfaces, sequenced energisation — applies whichever resource the plant harvests.
